All Sales Final At OneSquared, all sales are final. Because our pieces are carefully curated and assembled, we do not accept returns, process exchanges, or issue refunds once an order has been confirmed and dispatched. Please review your selected frame size and artwork carefully before completing your purchase.

Damages and Issues We pack our frames with industrial-grade care, but we understand transit issues can happen. Please inspect your order immediately upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged by the courier, or if you receive the wrong item, you must contact us at [onesquaredpk@gmail.com] or via WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery. We will evaluate the issue and arrange for a direct replacement of the damaged piece. We do not offer cash refunds for damaged goods; we will strictly replace the frame or artwork to make it right.

Non-Refundable Shipping Charges All shipping and handling charges are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances. If a delivery is refused by the customer or returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the original shipping costs incurred by OneSquared.
