Shipping Policy

At OneSquared, we ensure that every piece of art is securely packaged with industrial-grade materials to guarantee it arrives at your door in flawless condition.

Order Processing
Because our frames are carefully curated and assembled to order, please allow 2 to 3 business days for our team to process, build, and pack your order before it is dispatched. You will receive a confirmation message via email and WhatsApp the moment your package is handed over to our courier partners.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Times
We offer nationwide shipping across Pakistan.

Standard Delivery typically takes 3 to 5 business days after the order has been dispatched.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size and weight of your frames.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Verification
To ensure the highest level of service, all orders placed using Cash on Delivery (COD) are subject to verification. Our automated system or a team member will reach out via WhatsApp to confirm your order details. Your order will not be processed or dispatched until this verification is complete. If an order remains unconfirmed for 48 hours, it will be automatically canceled.

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email and WhatsApp. You can use this number on our courier partner’s website to monitor the status of your delivery in real-time.

Undeliverable Packages and Refused Deliveries
As stated in our Return Policy, all shipping and handling charges are strictly non-refundable. If a delivery is refused by the customer, or if a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout, the customer will be held responsible for the original shipping costs incurred by OneSquared.

Damages in Transit
While we pack our frames with extreme care, courier mishandling can occasionally occur. If your frame arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the damage and the packaging. We will strictly arrange for a direct replacement of the damaged piece.
